    Hello, my name is Debbie Rice and I have been selling homes in Calgary for the past 24 years. After building a home with my family in McKenzie Lake, I began working for the builder of my home helping my neighbours achieve the same satisfaction I did. I worked with the same builder in many Calgary communities including; McKenzie Lake, Cranston, Sienna West, and Lake Chaparral for close to six years. The next step in my real estate career was to work as an Assistant for a few top performing agents at RE/MAX Landan Real Estate before becoming licenced myself.

    I was extremely short of time due to a work-related move. Debbie dedicated large blocks of time helping me secure the right home.     We initially decided to meet Debbie because of her excellent reputation in The Harbours of McKenzie Lake. 

    From the beginning, we knew Debbie was listening to our needs going forward.  She operates with warmth and compassion while never taking her eye off the ball.

    Debbie made sure our house was ready to be viewed using outside professionals and her own expertise.  She was helpful in introducing us to people in the trades not only for our previous house but our new one as well.

    After the sale Debbie handled the paperwork with ease which we surely appreciated- this is not our forte.

    We thought with the COVID-19 we would be looking at a very long time before our house would sell.  Debbie posted our house on other sites to get as much exposure as possible.
